Dear Parents:

 

It is time for the 4th and 5th Grade Winter Wonderland Dance! This event is hosted and planned entirely by a committee of 4th and 5th grade parents and is funded completely by sponsorships from parents; tickets to the event will not be sold. The Dance will take place Friday, December 13, 2024, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm in the Zamora Campus Cafeteria and will feature a DJ, photobooth, food, drinks, and decorations.

The Cost of the Dance will be approximately $3,900 and we’re expecting at least 150 students to attend. Your sponsorship is needed to make this event happen; if we are unable to raise the funds necessary, this dance will not happen. We understand that not all families are able to contribute to the cost of the event and no student will be excluded based on a family’s inability to contribute. Below are the sponsorship levels to choose from:

  • Wonderland Sponsor: $200 +
  • Jack Frost: $100 - $199
  • Snowman: $50 - $99
  • Snowflake: $25 -  $49

The minimum suggested donation is $26. All of our Sponsors will be acknowledged through PTSA communications. Sponsorships will be managed by the 4th and 5th Grade Winter Dance Treasurer, Marti Goldstein, and will be accepted by Venmo or cash.

  • Venmo: sponsorships can be sent to @Marti-Goldstein by November 22nd. Please note “Winter Dance” along with your student’s name in the memo.
  • Cash: will be collected at the Minorca Campus during drop off on the following days:
    1. Tuesday, November 19
    2. Wednesday, November 20
    3. Thursday, November 21
    4. Friday, November 22

Teachers cannot accept funds. Please do not send cash to school with your student.
